Milliya Rumurra Aboriginal Corporation and Ngnowar Aerwah Aboriginal Corporation is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced male and female AOD workers to deliver a Kimberley region wide AOD Continuing Care Program.
These positions will be located at the Ngnowar Aerwah Aboriginal Corporation in Wyndham. You will be required to provide follow-up monitoring and support for Consumers exiting the Ngnowar Aerwah residential treatment program. Ability to travel throughout the East Kimberley will be an essential part of this position.
This is a new and exciting program that will contribute to improved recovery outcomes for Kimberley residents. You will engage with Consumers participating in residential rehabilitation, conduct Recovery Capital Assessments, develop Consumer driven Recovery Care Plans and provide ongoing monitoring and support to the Consumer and their family for a minimum of 39-weeks.
You will need to be able to demonstrate knowledge/experience of the AOD sector, including treatment interventions and Care Planning. Working within a culturally safe and secure context is essential.

Salary and conditions: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
