About the Role:

We have an existing opportunity for a highly experienced Administration Assistant. The role of Administration Assistant-Enterprise Services will provide a high level of administrative support to the Manager of Strategic Projects Policy & Compliance. The position will include minute-taking, formatting documents, record keeping, electronic file management and arranging events held by the organisation.  The position will work closely with the executive and management team.

This is a part-time role working 38 hours per fortnight, days of work may be negotiable. The position will be located at our Corporate Office on Fitzgerald Street, Perth.

The position is offered as a level 3 $86,341-$90,594 per annum pro rata.

Cyrenian House is a leading not-for-profit non-government organisation that has been operating within the alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment sector since 1981. Cyrenian House provides a wide range of high-quality treatment services that make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by alcohol and other drugs.

To be appointed / successful in this role, you will require the following key qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Diploma in office administration, business administration certificate, or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
  • Previous experience as a PA or Administrative Assistant.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including a welcoming manner and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound written communication skills, with experience in minute-taking.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be effective in managing competing deadlines, ensuring tasks and requests are prioritised accordingly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current Driver’s Licence, current First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance, and full work rights.

Desirable competencies and experience:

  • An understanding of alcohol and other drug issues.
