SECECC is a unique service situated on the 32-acre property of the Rick Hammersley Centre Therapeutic Community in Cullacabardee (10 minutes from Ellenbrook). With a qualified team of workers, SECECC encourages every child to grow, learn, and develop at their own pace. Our educational programs provide supportive, active learning through flexible play with a focus on building the strengths of individual children.
Each role will work directly with children within a specific age group in collaboration with other educators, children, and their families.

To be appointed / successful in this role you will require the following key qualifications, skills and experience:
- Hold a Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Child Protection Training.
- Current WWC, National Police Clearance, and full work rights to work in Australia.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
