Holyoake is a leading provider of counselling and support services for people impacted directly and indirectly by alcohol, other drugs, and related mental health issues. We operate through five locations in Victoria Park, Midland, Northam, Narrogin and Merredin, and employ over 100 staff.

We are inviting applications from a suitably qualified Clinical Supervisor to work within the Wheatbelt Community Alcohol and Drug Service (WCADS) team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for clinical excellence through clinical supervision for clinical staff, students and other placements in accordance with Holyoake policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to all clinical staff as required.
  • Manage a client caseload in accordance with Holyoake clinical guidelines.
  • Provide assessment, planning, case management and a range of clinical interventions for clients with complex needs including individuals, groups, couples and families affected by alcohol and/or other drug use.

Skills Required:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, or similar
  • Minimum five years counselling experience in AOD or related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of alcohol and other drug use issues and comorbidity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the provision of clinical supervision.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in applying appropriate therapeutic interventions relevant to the client group.
