The Aboriginal Support Worker will provide yarning, mentoring, interactive therapeutic activities, education, mediation, and support culturally staff members and residents in a residential alcohol and other drug treatment setting.

The position will facilitate and enhance the provision of care to patients with Alcohol and other Drug issues in the Step -up Step-down program, and provide case management across multiple teams, services and disciplines.

Provide yarning, mentoring, interactive therapeutic activities, education, mediation, and support to residents. Develop relationships with Aboriginal communities in the Great Southern and South-West.
