As a Case Worker, you will provide strengths-based, person-centred case management including AOD counselling, motivational interviewing, and tailored treatment planning to support participants to make positive, lasting change.

The Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service (DATS) in South Hedland is a community-based program supporting young people aged 12–25 across the Pilbara who are experiencing challenges related to alcohol and other drug use.

This role provides the opportunity to lead and shape high-quality clinical and therapeutic programs across the Farm TC and THASP houses, ensuring services are culturally secure, responsive, and aligned with best practice standards.

The Diversion Officer plays a key role in promoting diversion programs within the community and building and maintaining effective working relationships with key court stakeholders, including magistrates, legal professionals, and Community Justice Services.
