Administration Assistant /Receptionist Cyrenian Central
We are currently seeking a professional and proactive Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team at Cyrenian House, located on Fitzgerald Street in Central Perth.
In this vital front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming reception experience to people accessing Cyrenian House services. You will also support the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy service with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail. This position is highly consumer-focused and involves a range of responsibilities including maintaining accurate records, managing reception duties, and overseeing telephone and communication systems.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the clinical team and manager as directed, contributing to the smooth and effective functioning of the service.
The successful candidate must share our mission and values and demonstrate passion and drive to provide high quality services to people affected by alcohol and other drugs.
Hours of Work
Working full-time 76 hours per fortnight.
The position is Level 2/3 $77,589 – $87,956 per annum (depending on experience) plus superannuation and salary packaging options available.

Requirements for the role are:
- Diploma in office administration.
- Sound written communication skills, with experience in minute taking.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
- Effective time management skills.
- Experience in use of filing systems, appointment management and administrative systems.
- Flexible and an ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Well-developed computer skills including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A current Driver’s Licence, National Police Clearance, First Aid Certificate and full work rights.
