Save the Date – Tackling Stigma Conference 2026

The Centre for Social Research in Health at the University of New South Wales, Sydney will host the Tackling Stigma Conference from 23-24 November 2026, bringing together diverse voices to explore how stigma affects health care access and outcomes.

The conference will focus on cross-cutting approaches to understanding and addressing stigma, encouraging discussion about the systemic and structural issues that contribute to experiences of stigma in health settings.

It will feature international and Australian keynote speakers, lived and living experience presenters, concurrent themed sessions, and an evening networking function.
