A certified mediator and facilitator, Ganit has a particular interest in deep listening practices, including the facilitation of listening circles that foster safety, connection, and respectful dialogue across diverse communities and perspectives.
New to the alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector, Ganit is enthusiastic about building meaningful relationships, listening and learning from the lived experiences, cultural knowledge, and sector expertise of those delivering and accessing services, developing a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and strengths, and contributing to systemic advocacy that advances equity, access, and sustainable change.
