About Us

About you
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on compliance and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resource management and a thorough understanding of HR legislation, including Modern Awards, NES, and the Fair Work Act, to ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements. As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and align with organisational standards and compliance.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong IT capabilities, with the ability to manage detailed work with precision and accuracy. Proficiency in navigating information systems is essential, along with the discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
We seek someone with excellent organisational and time management skills who can effectively manage competing priorities across areas such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance audits, and policy development. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across the organisation.
