Welcome intern Edward Le
WANADA Welcomes intern Edward Le
University of Western Australia Computer Science student Edward Le is currently working with WANADA as part of an internship program run by the McCusker Centre for Citizenship.
Edward will be doing data analysis and visualization with Microsoft Power BI.
“This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for me to support the society,” says Edward. “I strongly understand the importance of addressing alcohol and drug issues within the community.”
Edward is in his second year of a Computer Science degree and has had a huge interest in technology and innovation since his childhood. After his first coding unit in high school, he realized his passion and decided to pursue his interest.
Taking part in an internship program is a valuable chance for Edward to understand how to work in a professional environment and improve his skills. Edward believes the experience will be of benefit when applying for jobs after graduation but is also keen to contribute to the community.
WANADA welcomes the opportunity to work with Edward and support an internship in the alcohol and other drug sector.
