The Justice Reform Initiative has produced a series of discussion papers which outline a number of policy and reform approaches to reducing incarceration around Australia.
These papers are now available for review and endorsement by organisations in Australia.
The discussion papers can be reviewed on the Justice Reform Initiative website.
The discussion papers are focused on seven key reform areas. These include policing, bail, courts, drug policy, post-release, youth justice, and adult imprisonment. You can also download them below:
