Facilitating Continuous Improvement
WANADA Quality Systems Officer Paola Bohorquez recently completed Gray Management Systems’ ‘Facilitate Continuous Improvement’ course.
The course provided valuable insights into facilitating improvement programs and equipped her with tools and techniques to plan, conduct, and implement improvement initiatives.
This competency is part of Paola’s ongoing Diploma in Quality Auditing, further enhancing her skills and supporting her dedicated work at WANADA.
