Annual General Meeting and Alcohol and Other Drug Sector Forum/ WANADA Welcomes Our 2025–26 Board of Directors
WANADA is pleased to welcome its 2025–26 Board of Directors, following the recent Board Election and Annual General Meeting.
We congratulate newly elected Directors Becci Clark (Tenacious House), Dawn Smith (Palmerston Association), Sherri McIntosh (Holyoake), and Thomas King (Garl Garl Walbu Alcohol Association Aboriginal Corporation), as well as re-elected Directors Alex Arpino (Alcohol and Other Drug Consumer and Community Coalition) and Paul Dessauer (Peer Based Harm Reduction WA).
WANADA sincerely thanks outgoing Board Directors Emma Jarvis (Palmerston Association) and Carol Daws (Cyrenian House), along with appointed Director Jane Fajardo (Goldfields Rehabilitation Services), for their valuable contribution and commitment to the sector.

A special thanks to our guests, Julia Knapton, Deputy Commissioner, System Development at the WA Mental Health Commission, and Naomi Henrickson, Director of the Office of Alcohol and Other Drugs, for their presentation on Alcohol and Other Drug Policy and Planning in WA and for engaging in discussion with attendees.
The event provided an opportunity for members, stakeholders, and peers to connect, share insights, and contribute to discussions.
