The Role
We are excited to introduce this new role of Client Management System Administrator.
The Client Management System (CMS) Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Cyrenian House’s CMS. This role will incorporate user training, reporting and general system configuration. The role will need sound knowledge of Salesforce.
Reporting to the General Manager of Non-Residential Services you will also capture requirements for service delivery improvements & development of new services within Cyrenian House.

The position is full-time, based at our Corporate Services Office on Fitzgerald Street, Perth.
Level 5 – $98,700 per annum
To be successful in this role you will require the following key attributes:
- Experience working in a similar role involving project/system implementation and the ongoing support.
- Previous significant experience working with Salesforce and/or Global Health CRMs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of users of differing technical ability.
- Demonstrated and well-developed reporting skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering training to users of differing technical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex technical issues so they can be easily understood by diverse audiences.
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise and provide effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting and presentation tools.
