WA Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drug Strategy 2025-2030

WA Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drug Strategy 2025-2030

The Western Australian Mental Health Commission is developing the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Strategy 2025-2030.

The Strategy will be informed by previous consultations and engagements, service mapping, best practice evidence and stakeholder and community consultation.

The state-wide community consultation process is nearing completion. Stakeholder submissions closed on 2 December 2024, and the final workshops are concluding on 11 December. Registrations for these have now closed.

Drafting of the MHAOD Strategy is now underway, incorporating valuable insights from the consultation process. For more information and to view the discussion paper guiding the consultation process, visit the consultation webpage.

WANADA is preparing a submission on behalf of members and welcomes your input. Please contact Research and Advocacy Officer Matt Ryan on (08) 6557 9400 or via [email protected].
