Individuals, families and communities need to be confident that a service will help to achieve the best possible results.
Alcohol and other drug services that meet recognised quality standards have shown that the treatment they offer is based on current evidence, is safe and confidential.
Before you make a booking or referral, you can check that a service meets a recognised quality standard.
The National Quality Framework for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services includes a list of accreditation standards that specialist alcohol and other drug treatment service providers must meet by 28 November 2022.
