Welcome Ganit and Amie - New Advocacy Team
WANADA is pleased to welcome Amie Furlong and Ganit Poleg-Spark as our new Systemic Advocacy Managers. Both bring valuable experience and are excited to drive meaningful change across the alcohol and other drug sector.

Amie has worked in Aboriginal health and disability services and is passionate about public health and drug policy. She also advises and volunteers with organisations globally, supporting youth wellbeing and future generations.
Ganit has extensive experience in conflict management, negotiation, and systemic change. With a background in law and a master’s in conflict analysis, she has worked internationally in peacebuilding and organisational transformation.
Ganit is a certified mediator and facilitator, with a focus on inclusive leadership and respectful dialogue. She looks forward to building relationships within the alcohol and other drug sector and contributing to positive, inclusive systems change.
