The Resident Supervisor works within the culturally secure guidelines and adheres to the policies and procedures and is supported by the on-call team after hours. The Centre provides a six-bed low medical withdrawal service and associated support services, including assertive follow-up, family support, and comprehensive care and discharge planning services.

The role of Diploma Qualified Room Leader will promote and support the holistic wellbeing and development inclusive of all children.  All key responsibilities are based on the National Law and Regulations, the Principles, Practices and Outcomes detailed in the EYLF, and the NQF Quality Areas, Standards and Elements.

The Clinical Coordinator’s role is to ensure the effective running of the Therapeutic Community (TC) program within a residential setting. Working in collaboration with the Manager, you will deliver evidence based, best practice residential treatment services to the residents of the program whilst meeting outcomes and funding performance indicators.
