About the Role

📌 The Mobile Outreach Worker provides trauma-informed, culturally secure outreach support to women, experiencing or at risk of family and domestic violence. The role delivers early intervention, safety planning, risk assessment and case management while working collaboratively with community partners to promote safety, wellbeing and access to housing and support services.

This role is classified at Level 5 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

What We’re Looking For

You’re more than your qualifications—you’re someone who brings heart, empathy, professionalism and a strong commitment to supporting clients in improving their wellbeing. The ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Counselling, Human Services or a related discipline.
• Experience working with women and children impacted by family and domestic violence.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety planning and case management.
• Understanding the dynamics and impacts of family and domestic violence.
